Woman dead, 3 adults injured in 4 Indianapolis shooting scenes over 75 minutes
INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) — Indianapolis police found four people shot at four different locations within 75 minutes Monday night, leaving one woman dead and three adults injured.
Woman fatally shot at The Residences on 56th Street
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police and medics responded at 7:52 p.m. Monday to the 5600 block of Brendon Way Court at The Residences on 56th Street apartments. The complex is northwest of the Interstate 465 and East 56th Street interchange.
Officers found 31-year-old Chrisline Stephen with gunshot wounds. The Marion County Coroner’s Office identified Stephen, who died shortly after police arrived.
Police arrested a 37-year-old man, who police have not yet identified, on a preliminary murder charge. Investigators believe the shooting happened during a domestic dispute. A child was inside the home during the gunfire.

Adult in stable condition after Lynwood Avenue shooting
A second shooting happened at 8:31 p.m. at apartments in the 4700 block of Lynwood Avenue, near a Culver’s restaurant. Police found an adult with gunshot wounds; that person is in stable condition at a hospital. Police have not released information on what led to the shooting or if they have anyone in custody.
