BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

WISH-TV & CIRCULUS Digital Media are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Specialist to aid continued scale and growth for our businesses with a digital focus. The goal is to drive sustainable financial gains through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

This position offers a flexible work schedule and uncapped earnings structure. This individual will need a strong desire to learn and want to help clients succeed. Candidate will demonstrate an ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate effectively while growing the scope of the client relationship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be a driving force and team leader in your dedicated field (above)
• Generate new relationships by prospecting, identifying, and educating businesses
• Understanding client needs, and developing ideal custom solutions a must
• Deliver customized sales presentations in person, via phone or webinar
• Monitor effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must be enthusiastic, high energy, and goal driven
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Proven sales track record
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• Coachable
