Anybody looking at buying chocolate as a Christmas gift for a loved one may want to make sure don't suffer from some allergies.
Mars is recalling its 24-oz bags of DOVE Chocolate Assorted Snowflakes after it was discovered that some may contain peanuts, wheat or eggs. These ingredients are not listed on the label. Anybody allergic could experience a reaction if they eat them.
The product's UPC is 400050521.
The company said about 6,700 cases of the candy is affected.
Mars said the bags were distributed and sold nationwide between September and December 2015.
Consumers who believe they bought the chocolate can return it to the store for a full refund. Any questions should be directed to Mars at 1-800-551-0907.
