WESTFIELD -- A man died early Sunday morning when a truck ran off the road in Westfield.
Police say a witness called 911 around 2:00 a.m. when then they saw a white truck against a tree in the 15300 block of Towne Road.
Officers say they found a man in the passenger side of the vehicle.
David Dishon, 58 of Carmel was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say it doesn't appear road conditions were a factor in the accident.
They don't know if drugs or alcohol were involved as the incident is still under investigation.
Officers did say Dishon was not wearing a seat belt.
