INDIANAPOLIS -- IMPD narcotics officers arrested four men on drug and firearms charges Wednesday stemming from an investigation launched in January.

Police said 29-year-old Ronald "Mook" Graham began selling heroin to an undercover officer in January.

Graham was previously convicted of attempted murder in Indianapolis, but that conviction was overturned on appeal. He's scheduled to return to court to be retried on those charges in March.

Graham was stopped while driving in the 2100 block of North Emerson Avenue yesterday, along with passenger Devin Price, 28. Officers arrested Graham on charges of dealing and possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and marijuana, and being a serious violent felon in possession of a firearm.

Inside the vehicle, police reportedly found a Glock semi-auto handgun and a Taurus revolver. They also reportedly found cocaine, marijuana, and Vicodin and OxyContin pills.

As a result of the investigation, two more men – 28-year-old Brian Grimes and 27-year-old Phillip Jones – were also arrested. Police also took possession of three vehicles.

Price faces charges of being a felon in possession of a handgun and possession of controlled substances. Grimes was preliminarily charges with possession of cocaine and marijuana. Jones was arrested on a warrant for robbery out of Minnesota.
