WARSAW, Ind. -- A Warsaw, Indiana, man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly tried to have a cellphone store employee transfer pornographic images of children to a new phone.
Bart Lane Holle, 57, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of child pornography and possession of marijuana.
Officers from the Indiana State Police Crimes Against Children Unit also executed a search warrant on Holle's house, where they reportedly found more than 1,000 illegal images of children.
Police said they were tipped off about Holle by the cellphone store employee when Holle allegedly tried to have child porn moved from an old phone to a new one.
As of Wednesday, Holle was being held at the Kosciusko County Jail.
