INDIANAPOLIS — One person was shot and killed in a shooting Tuesday night on the city's northeast side.
According to a report from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to an apartment complex in the 2900 block of Priscilla Avenue, just south of 30th Street, shortly after 10 p.m. Tuesday on report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they found an individual suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Police said the victim has been transported to an area hospital where they were pronounced dead.

Police said the investigation is in its very early stages.
