MORGAN COUNTY, Ind. -- A man died in an ATV accident early Sunday morning in Morgan County.
Authorities were called to the 7000 block of Stockwell Road just after midnight.
Conservation Officers say Brian Tackett, 30, of Quincy, Ind., was among a group of six people on ATVs.
It's unclear why Tackett's ATV left the road, hit a fence and then a utility pole.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers say Tackett was not wearing a helmet.
