INDIANAPOLIS — One person is dead after a shooting on the east side of Indianapolis early Saturday morning, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Just before 1 a.m., IMPD officers responded to the 7900 block of E. 35th Street on a report of a person shot
According to police, they arrived and found an adult male who was shot.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim was identified by the Marion County Coroner's Office as 20-year-old Dennis A. Crawford.
