PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. -- A Putnam County elementary schooler is soaking in the best Christmas present ever after her father, ho has been deployed in Afghanistan for the past eight months, surprised her by coming home in time for the holidays.
Victoria Paige, 8, was just happy to have her family join her for lunch on Wednesday, she had no idea the big surprise was yet to come.
While visiting with family members and enjoying her lunch, Victoria's father, Navy Lt. Commander Russell Paige, came up behind to surprise her.
