WAYNE CO., Ind. -- The statewide Silver Alert for a missing Wayne Co. man has been canceled.
The Wayne County Sheriff says George W. Surber, 79, was located shortly before 6 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Surber disappeared from Richmond, Ind. Monday night.
