Missing Bartholomew County woman found dead
Heather Ann Steuver, 37, was last seen at her residence on Sunday, August 22, 2021, in Bartholomew County. The sheriff's office is asking anyone with information to call them.
UPDATE September 11, 2021– Bartholomew County authorities say Steuver’s remains were found in a shallow grave and her death was ruled a homicide.

BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY — Deputies in Bartholomew County are looking for a missing woman last seen Sunday at her residence.
Heather Ann Steuver, 37, is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing about 115 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair, according to the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office.
It’s unknown what clothes she was wearing when she was last seen.
