A California restaurant apologized after a promotional post on its Facebook page was published about their Las Vegas locations following the mass shooting there.

Black Bear Diner posted a picture on Monday with the caption: "Did you know we have three Las Vegas locations? It may be about time for a trip to Vegas."

The post came the day after Las Vegas was rocked by a mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival.

Black Bear Diner said the post has since been deleted.

Bakersfield's Black Bear Diner Facebook page issued this apology following the promotional post that received a lot of backlash:

"We apologize for the previously scheduled post that went out a few minutes ago. This was unfortunate and we are truly sorry that we did not catch it. Our teams in the Las Vegas area are working through the process along with the community by reaching out and trying our best to assist. They are in our thoughts and prayers."
