UPDATE: The Silver Alert for Jay Dee Blevins has been canceled.
FORT WAYNE — A Silver Alert has been issued for an 81-year-old Fort Wayne man.
Jay Dee Blevins was last seen Sunday night wearing a green plaid shirt and blue jeans and driving a navy blue 2011 Hyundai Sonata with Indiana license plate RJZ945, according to Indiana State Police.
Blevens is a white male who is 5-feet-6-inches tall, weighs 140 pounds with white hair and blue eyes.
