Youth Violence Commission working to combat violence in Indianapolis
WRTV's Troy Washington reports. At least 31 of this year's homicide victims in Indianapolis were younger than 20 years old. The violence is taking a toll not only on family members and survivors, but friends and classmates who see the lives of their peers taken senselessly.
