PHOTOS: Flooding in Noblesville, Indiana
Hazel Dell Parkway in Carmel has been completely destroyed by floodwaters from the White River. It washed away fill materials behind the bridge abutment, creating sinkholes, undermining the approach and causing the roadway to crack in half.
