JOSH BODE

Josh Bode is a digital sports producer for WRTV and WISH-TV. He joined the WISH-TV sports team in 2024 after graduating from Indiana University.

Since joining WISH-TV, Josh has covered IU football’s historic national championship, the Indiana Pacers’ run to the NBA Finals and numerous other sports stories.

Originally from Batavia, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, Josh says Indiana has become the state that feels like home. His experience covering Hoosier athletics has also deepened his appreciation for the state’s passion for basketball. As Josh puts it, in 49 states, it’s just basketball. In Indiana, it’s just different.

Josh graduated from Indiana University in 2024 and is excited to continue covering college basketball and sports throughout the state he now calls home.
