Quiet start to the week with more rain chances late week
INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) — Some areas of fog this morning but lots of sunshine for the afternoon. Temperatures will be a few degrees below normal before readings climb back to normal for the middle and latter half of the week. Rain chances increase later in the week.
TODAY:
Some areas are waking up to fog this morning. Look for lots of sunshine this afternoon. High temperatures will climb into the lower 80s for most locations. Winds will be light out of the north and northeast. Humidity values rise a little later today but it won’t be oppressive.
TONIGHT:
Skies stay clear overnight. Some areas of fog will develop once again. Comfortably cool with temperatures falling into the 50s outside of the city.
TOMORROW:
Areas of fog early Tuesday morning. Otherwise, mostly sunny skies yet again for the afternoon. Temperatures slowly climb into the middle 80s which is right around normal for this time of the year.
7 DAY EXTENDED FORECAST:
Quiet on Wednesday with partly cloudy skies. Temperatures will be near normal into the middle and upper 80s.
Rain chances ramp up Thursday and Friday. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible with highs in the lower 80s.
More spotty showers are possible into the end of the week and into the weekend.
