MUNCIE, Ind. – The man accused of raping a Ball State student in March 2016 was charged Wednesday.
Brandon Williams, 24, was allegedly involved in a sexual assault case where he was accused of raping a female student in her residence hall, according to Muncie police.
Williams and the victim knew one another, officers said and alcohol was involved.
