INDIANAPOLIS -- Prosecutors filed paperwork Tuesday asking for the juvenile suspect in a triple homicide earlier this month to be moved to adult court.
The 15-year-old was arrested July 18 on preliminary charges of murder in connection with the fatal shootings of Dominique Miller, 25, Jordan Wright, 25, and Justin Crowder, 19.
The three men were found dead inside an apartment in the 7800 block of Somerset Bay. Witnesses told police they saw two people get into a vehicle and flee the area following the shooting.

In the petition to waive the case to adult court, prosecutors allege the 15-year-old killed the three men during a robbery attempt. Prosecutors have charged the juvenile with six counts of murder and one count of robbery resulting in bodily injury.
According to the paperwork, the juvenile is currently being represented by his father.
