LAWRENCE, Ind. – An armed robbery occurred at a gentleman’s club in Lawrence Sunday, and police are searching for suspects who fled the scene.

Just after 6:45 p.m., Lawrence police arrived at Harem House Gentleman’s Club in the 8500 block of Pendleton Pike in response to the robbery and shots fired.

Officers said of the three suspects that entered the club, at least one was carrying a handgun. The suspects confronted visitors and demanded cash from staff.

The suspect armed with the gun fired one shot, officers said. No one was injured but visitors were shaken up as a result.

Police said the suspects were wearing hooded sweatshirts: one red, one white, and one grey. The group fled south on foot with cash they obtained from the business.

Those with information on this case should call Crime Stoppers at (317) 262-TIPS.
