Police investigating three Indianapolis shootings

INDIANAPOLIS — Three shootings is less than two-hours have kept Indianapolis police busy Friday.

At about 11am, one person was shot in the 2300 block of North Sugar Grove Avenue, on the city's west side.

At the scene, an IMPD public information officer said the victim was critically wounded.

Around the same time, one person was shot in the 6000 block of East 75th Street on the Indianapolis northeast side.

That victim's condition was described as stable.

And just after noon, one person was shot in the foot on north Winfield Avenue, just north of West 16th Street on the west side.

Detectives are sorting out details from the three incidents.
