INDIANAPOLIS – A man wanted in Indiana and Illinois surrendered to police Tuesday morning after an hour- long standoff on the city’s south side.
Santori Dorsey, 19, locked himself inside a bedroom at Stone Lake Apartments as Indiana State Police SWAT and officers from the U.S. Marshals Service demanded he come out.
Police said Dorsey was wanted for theft in Illinois and for fraud in St. Joseph County Indiana.
Dorsey surrendered to police about an hour after the standoff began and was taken into custody.
