INDIANAPOLIS -- Police are searching for the gunman who shot and killed a 16-year-old boy Saturday evening.
The shooting happened just after 10 p.m. on the 4100 block of E. 16th St.
Police say they found 16-year-old Theothus Carter from Indianapolis suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Indianapolis-Marion County Forensic Services Agency is processing the crime scene for forensic evidence.
