INDIANAPOLIS — Fans of Garth Brooks will have a chance to see him perform this year after all!
The country singer is hosting a one-night-only concert at 300 drive-in theaters across North America on June 27 and that could include several theaters in the state of Indiana.
A full list of participating theaters will be announced starting June 15 at noon.
"This one guy came to me and said, 'Hey, look, we can put 300 drive-in theaters together if you will create a concert solely for the drive-ins. We can have families jump in the car, get them out on Saturday night," Brooks told Good Morning America. "They're going to run it just like a regular concert, but this is going to be all over North America, one night only."
Tickets will go on sale on June 19 and will cost $100. The ticket covers one passenger car or SUV. The ticket includes as many people as there are legal seatbelts in your vehicle, up to a max of six people.
Tickets for the event will be limited, so don't wait! For more ticket information and a full list of locations in North America CLICK HERE.
*Correction: The above article originally listed 19 Indiana drive-in theaters that were participating in the concert experience. Not all theaters have agreed to present the concert at this time, according to Encore, and a list of participating drive-in locations will be released on June 15.
