INDIANAPOLIS — It's happening again: Indianapolis' prime birthday celebration for Dolly Parton — all for a good cause.
The 9th Annual Dolly Parton Birthday Bash at FortyFive Degrees, 765 Massachusetts Ave, will be happening on Saturday, Jan. 18.
For the pop icon's 74th birthday, the Mass Ave restaurant will be raising money for Trinity Haven, Indiana's first home from LGBTQ youth at risk of homelessness.
"Trinity Haven is honored to be the beneficiary of the 9th annual Dolly Parton Birthday Bash! The money raised will help us open our doors as Indiana's first and only transitional home for LGBTQ youth at risk for homelessness," Jenni White, founding executive director of Trinity Haven, said.
Patrons can expect live performances by a Las Vegas Dolly Parton impersonator, the cast of 'Fun Home' and Nashville artist Justin Hiltner.
The event is set to start at 1 p.m., doors open at 11 a.m. A suggested donation of $10 will be collected at the door.
