What to know about this year's Ann Katz Festival of Books & Arts in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS — This year's Ann Katz Festival of Books & Arts hosted by the JCC of Indianapolis will be a month-long event comprised of virtual talks with best-selling authors, award-winning film screenings, and performance arts events.

The list of best-selling authors include:

  • Harlan Coben, who wrote the book “The Boy from the Woods"
  • Joan Lunden, former Good Morning America host and author of "Why Did I Come Into This Room? A Candid Conversation About Aging"
  • Former MLB player Dale Berra
  • Cameron Douglas, author of "Long Way Home: A Memoir of Fame, Family and Redemption"
  • Comedian Michael Ian Black
  • Rachel Bloom, a Golden Globe- and Emmy-winning creator and actress of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend

The entirety of the festival will be comprised of 16 events starting October 25 through November 22. Most events are $10 per household, or the JCC is also offering a $60 Festival Pass to attendees as well.
