INDIANAPOLIS — Non-profit organizations, entertainment stages and more than 300 artists will come together for an art fair Saturday in Indianapolis.
The 53rd annual Penrod Arts Fair is happening from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday at Newfields.
