INDIANAPOLIS — Girl Scouts of Central Indiana delivered more than 52,000 packages of cookies to military members at Stout Field Thursday as part of Operation: Cookie Drop.
Service members from the Indiana National Guard, Army Reserve, Marine Corps Reserve and Naval Reserve from across Central Indiana picked up the cookies and took them back to their armories.
Girl Scouts will deliver more than 76,000 packages of cookies purchased by the community to military and first responders this year.
