GRANT COUNTY, Ind. -- Two people were killed in a fiery crash in Grant County late Saturday evening.
Deputies were dispatched to the scene at 2800 N. Lagro Road just before 11 p.m.
Investigators say the vehicle left the road way and struck a tree. When crews arrived the vehicle was on fire.
Responding emergency personnel discovered two people dead inside the vehicle, they have not yet been identified.
The Grant County Coroner's office is working with the sheriff's department to find the identity of the victims.
The crash remains under investigation by the Grant County Sheriff's Department.
