INDIANAPOLIS — Police in Indianapolis have found a 44-year-old man who they say critically injured his own mother. Police have thanked the community for their help after asking for the public's assistance on Wednesday.
Police say Bobby Gibson Jr., assaulted his mother so badly that she was rushed to the hospital with severe, blunt force trauma that left her in critical condition.
Officers were initially called to the home in the 3500 block of S. State Street for a disturbance. Police located the woman and rushed her ot the hospital. They later learned that her adult son, Gibson, had fled the scene in a silver colored Chevy Malibu.
