INDIANAPOLIS – A new burger restaurant is opening in downtown Indy this fall, and you may be familiar with the owners.
St. Elmo Steak House and Harry & Izzy’s owners will open Burger Study, a 130 seat, 5,000 square-foot restaurant, in September. It will be located just off Georgia Street between Meridian and Illinois streets.
The upscale atmosphere will offer premium burgers crafted with USDA Prime Angus beef, salads, and sides along with cocktails, beer, wine and milkshakes.
“We are very proud of the team we have built at St. Elmo Steak House and Harry & Izzy’s,” said Craig Huse, co-proprietor of Burger Study. “And opening new restaurants allows us to provide opportunities for those existing team members as well as add to our family of hospitality professionals.”
Until the opening, the Burger Study team is looking to fill 60 positions with openings for servers, bartenders, line cooks, prep cooks and more.
Those interested in applying can summit applications online or attend the hiring fair at St. Elmo Steak House. Times of the hiring fair can be found here.
