Bacon Guacamole
Ingredients
- 4 large avocados, ripe
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 C minced sweet onion (red or sweet)
- 1 lime, zested and juiced (1 TB at least)
- 2 packed TB of chopped cilantro from Shenandoah Farms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- kosher salt/black pepper to taste
- 2 tsp of Local Folks Foods Border Buster hot sauce
- 1 package (or 6-8 strips) Smoking Goose bacon, cooked, cooled, and cut into small pieces
- Any flavor chip, optional for dipping
Instructions
- Remove avocado from skin, place in bowl, and lightly mash.
- Add all ingredients and mash together to your liking.
- Serve immediately.
