INGREDIENTS
Chicken tortilla soup dip 2 cup Urban Ladle chicken tortilla soup (Indiana Grown member)
¼ cup green onions 1/3 cup Traders Point Creamery plain yogurt (Indiana Grown member)
1 tbs Best Boy & Co hot sauce (any flavor) (Indiana Grown member)
¼ cup sharp cheddar, shredded
*Use any type of pretzel to dip!
DIRECTIONS
Heat chicken tortilla soup according to directions.
When warmed, add green onions, yogurt and hot sauce.
Place into microwave or oven-safe dish, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Melt cheese in microwave (1-2 minutes) or oven (2-3 minutes on broil).
*Serve in pretzel bowl, with pretzels or with pretzel nuggets and rolls.
