Salad Ingredients
• Spinach
• Assorted berries
• Fair Oaks Farms shredded Gouda cheese
• Walnuts
Walnut Vinaigrette Ingredients
• 1 cup water
• ½ cup sherry vinegar
• 2 tbsp minced shallots
• 2 tbsp fine sea salt
• ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
• ½ cup olive oil
• ½ cup imported walnut oil

Instructions
• Place all vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Refrigerate until ready to serve. (The vinaigrette can be prepared up to 1 week in advance, covered and refrigerated.)
• Compile spinach, assorted berries and shredded gouda cheese into salad bowl.
• Drizzle vinaigrette over salad.
• Top with walnuts.
