INDIANAPOLIS – The highly-anticipated Joella’s Hot Chicken is on its way to Indy, and you’ll have the chance to not only eat there but work there. The restaurant is holding a job fair now until Nov. 18.
The Louisville-based restaurant, set to open on the north side of Indianapolis, is looking to fill 75 positions including managers, cooks, cashiers, guest ambassadors, dining room attendants and dishwashers.
Jobs will pay up to $14 per hour.
The Indianapolis restaurant, opening in the former 96th Street Steakburgers location, will open in December at 4715 E. 96th Street will be Joella’s fifth location. Owners said they plan to open more locations throughout the state and across the Midwest.
Grand opening festivities will include a giveaway of free chicken for a year to the first 100 people in line.
