Here are the places you can eat for free (or heavily discounted) on Tuesday, October 31:
IHOP
Kids 12 and under get a FREE Scar Face pancake between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Dine-in only.
McAlister's
Kids 12 and under in costume get a FREE kid's meal. Dine-in only.
Chipotle
Dress in costume and come in after 3 p.m.: You'll get a $3 burrito, bowl, salad or order of tacos.
Chuck E. Cheese
Kids in costume get 50 free tickets any day in October. Offer available once per day, per child.
