INDIANAPOLIS — The Susan G. Komen Tissue Bank at the IU Simon Cancer Center critically needs more tissue donors. The need is urgent, as the tissue helps discover life-saving and cancer-fighting drugs.

More pointedly, racial and ethnic minority tissue donors are desperately needed.

In the video above, Kathi Ridley-Merriweather explains to Meredith Barack why the need is here, urgent, and how it can be alleviated.

Where you can donate tissue:
IU Simon Cancer Center
535 Barnhill Drive
8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
