RECALL: Frozen vegetables recalled over Listeria concerns

The latest food recall could include vegetables you have in your freezer right now.

The FDA released a list of 45 different frozen vegetable products that have a risk of being contaminated with Listeria.

Some of the recalled brands are:

  • Great Value
  • First Street
  • Bountiful Harvest
  • Live Smart

A sample was tested by National Frozen Foods Corporation -- which revealed the bacteria contamination.

Nobody has been made sick because of this, but they felt the recall was necessary to keep everyone safe.

The products recalled were distributed to stores across the nation between Sept. 2015 and June 2016.

If you have any of these products in your freezer right now, the FDA says you should not eat them.
Instead, throw them out or return them to the store for a full refund.
