Throwback: 1977 traffic cop conducts symphony of sound on Monument Circle

INDIANAPOLIS -- Whether it's cyclists, pedestrians or the seemingly never ending stream of traffic, navigating Monument Circle is no easy task.

These days, drivers must fend for themselves. However, once upon a time, this symphony of chaos was directed by a maestro of a different type: Officer Wayne Lee of the Indianapolis Police Department.
