INDIANAPOLIS – A 30-year-old Indianapolis man was killed Saturday morning in a crash on I-69 near Fishers.
The crash occurred around 3:00 a.m. when Duane Costelow II, 30, was struck while on foot on I-69 near 82nd Street. The driver of the semi-truck that struck him was not injured.
Costelow was pronounced dead at the scene, and it's still not clear why he was on foot on the interstate.
