INDIANAPOLIS -- Just over a week before his trial for the 2012 south side explosion is set to begin, Bob Leonard spoke from jail with Call 6 Investigator Rafael Sanchez.
Leonard's brother Mark was convicted in July of 53 counts, including murder, for allegedly masterminding the deadly explosion.
Now Bob Leonard's trial will begin Tuesday. He says he's innocent.
"I had no involvement," Leonard said.

He said he's not surprised investigators found his DNA at the home because he used the front door and the bathroom when he visited his brother at the Fieldfare Way home Mark shared with then-girlfriend Monserrate Shirley.
Leonard says he smelled a gas odor at the home. He said he had no idea the thermostat he and Mark shopped for was going to be used to set the house on fire.
"When I went over there that Sunday before, when he said his furnace wasn't working, he had the windows open and the gas turned off," Leonard said.
Leonard's trial was moved to Fort Wayne due to publicity in Marion County about the case. Jury selection was set to begin on Tuesday.
