INDIANAPOLIS -- Accused cop killer Major Davis II is fighting back in court. Davis is currently in jail awaiting trial for the death of Officer Perry Renn.
This week he filed an appeal in his lawsuit against police. Davis claims no one called for an ambulance for him after he had been shot.
He believes he was in critical condition for up to an hour before anyone bothered to look at his injuries.
Davis is not asking for any specific amount of money, which is a change from his original lawsuit. That lawsuit was thrown out by a judge.
