INDIANAPOLIS -- The results of a Park Tudor internal investigation will not be released to maintain there are no conflicts with a potential criminal case, the United States Attorney's Office said Tuesday.
Park Tudor hired a law firm to conduct an investigation focusing on the allegations against former basketball coach Kyle Cox and any similar claims against Cox or other school employees.

Cox was arrested on charges of coercion and enticement last month after he allegedly sent messages to persuade a 15-year-old to send sexually explicit pictures to him. He also allegedly attempted to get the 15-year-old to engage in sexual activity.
The school hired Larry Mackey and the law firm of Barnes & Thornburg LLP in February to conduct the investigation.
Mackey was a member of the prosecution team against Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh.
