PLAINFIELD, Ind. -- Plainfield police are investigating the death of a 16-month-old child found unresponsive at a daycare last week.
Andi Arnett was rushed to Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis late last Monday morning after being discovered unresponsive at her Plainfield daycare.

Arnett was pronounced dead Thursday evening. The results of an autopsy are pending.
Plainfield police released a limited statement to RTV6 Wednesday about the investigation:
"We are investigating the death of a 16 month old child. The child was found unresponsive late Monday morning, transported to the hospital, and subsequently died on Thursday evening. This is currently an active investigation and no further information can be released at this time."
