INDIANAPOLIS -- Thousands of times per day, police pull somebody over for a traffic stop in Indiana.
Most are pretty simple, but they can be one of the most dangerous situations for police.
"If you think there are weapons related to the stop, if you are dealing with somebody who's a prior felon or a known resistor, then we're going to use high-risk type of tactics," Randy Aspenson, a staff instructor at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy said.
