DELPHI, Ind. -- One month and thousands of tips later police are still searching for the person responsible for the murders of two Delphi teens.

Liberty German, 14, and Abigail Williams, 13, went missing on February 13 while hiking near the Monon High Bridge. Their bodies were found the next day in a wooded area less than a mile away.

It's been a constant struggle for police to keep rumors from spreading as the community tries to help solve the case. Police say they have not made any arrests.

Each day brings new struggles to their search, but police have remained confident that they will find the person responsible.

As of Monday, state police say over 13,000 tips have been reported and the reward for an arrest is in excess of $200,000.

Police are still determined to identify the person captured in a photograph on Liberty's cell phone the day she died. She also captured a man's voice saying "down the hill" during what police call "criminal activity."

You can listen to that recording and see the photo below.

Indiana State Police ask anyone who recognizes the man or the voice, or who may have any other information, to call the Tip Line at (844) 459-5786 or 1-800-225-5324 (800-Call FBI). Tips can also be emailed to Abbyandlibbytip@cacoshrf.com. Information can be reported anonymously.
