INDIANAPOLIS -- Former Indiana University football player Antonio Lee Allen II was arrested Thursday for allegedly violating the terms of his probation in two 2015 drug convictions.
According to Monroe County court records, an arrest warrant was issued for Allen on Wednesday for an alleged parole violation.
Allen pleaded guilty in June 2016 two dealing in a narcotic drug and dealing in methamphetamine and was sentenced to four years on home detention, plus 100 hours of community service.

His home detention was to be served at an address in the 7100 block of Heather Ridge Court – the same apartment complex where his brother, Ben Davis High School football standout Rondell Allen, was shot and seriously injured Sunday night.

But, according to the arrest report, Allen was living instead at an address in the 1300 block of Burdsal Parkway.
IMPD officers located Allen around 4:00 p.m. Thursday at the Goodwill Outlet Store at 8345 Georgetown Road. When they tried to place him under arrest, Allen reportedly resisted officers.
After placing him into handcuffs, police discovered a handgun in Allen’s pocket.
As of Friday afternoon, Allen was being held at the Marion County Jail without bond on preliminary charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, invasion of privacy, resisting law enforcement and battery resulting in bodily injury to a public safety officer. Monroe County prosecutors had also filed charges asking a judge to revoke Allen’s suspended sentence.
