INDIANAPOLIS -- A man was arrested Wednesday after police say exposed himself to two women in a mall.
Christopher Brown, 26, was arrested by Indianapolis police after two women, ages 18 and 25, said they were in Circle Centre Mall when Brown exposed himself to them around 6 p.m. on Sunday.
