INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department announced the arrest of a wanted Indianapolis man for 11 counts of child molest, Thomas Downey, on Monday.
Downey, 37, was located by the Indiana State Police Task Force on Saturday, April 6 in Chicago, Illinois. The Chicago Police Department assisted in the arrest of the wanted man. According to IMPD, Downey is set to be brought back to Indianapolis.
IMPD requested the public's assistance in locating Downey on Thursday, April 4.
